Booth and cardset at HvA

When and where would the concept be held?

• Booth type 1: Organised at the HvA : At the beginning and end of the first 100 days of new first year students coming into the HvA - detailed
• Independent card game: Placed at HvA cafe tables, the bar (Fest) behind the HvA Benno Premselahuis building

Who would organise and facilitate the booth?

Fellow students from student associations like Mimagine. The booth can have a minimum of 1 and maximum of 2 facilitators at one moment.

What is the exact role of the facilitator?

The booth would have elements to make it self explanatory and the facilitator would be there to welcome people and answer any questions. The facilitator should be someone of the student's age who is relatable, friendly, very social and welcoming.

S**ervice script for the booth

The facilitator is standing in the booth. 2 students walk by the booth. They see the pegboard and the booth saying "Ask. Listen." and start looking towards it curiously to see what it's about. Facilitator notices them and walks towards them with a smile.
